Appointment Deposits: Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Services Rendered: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
- Cancellations less then 24 hours will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same day/last-minute cancellations will result in being charged the whole total of services booked.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, it will be considered a no-show.
- To protect everyone's health, please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance if you're feeling sick to avoid a cancellation fee.
