- Deposits are refundable only when canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- All services and retail products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
- Service concerns must be addressed with your nail artist before leaving the salon. We do not offer adjustments after the appointment is completed.
- Product-related issues (e.g. polish not curing, product not adhering) may qualify for a complimentary adjustment if reported and serviced within 3 days of your original appointment.
REFUNDS & RETURN
- Cancellations or reschedules made before the 24-hour window will receive a full refund to the card on file.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged a $45 fee per service, applied automatically to the card on file — no exceptions.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to the same $45 fee per service.
- Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
- Please note: Appointments are reserved for the booked guest only. We are unable to accommodate additional visitors during your service.
